Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GSR: Gold Silver Ratio Tracker ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the App

• GSR is a personal portfolio tracking and educational tool that displays precious metal prices and calculates the Gold-Silver Ratio.
• The App provides GSR-based analysis and suggestions that are derived from historical patterns only and do not constitute predictions of future market performance.
• Any "Buy Gold", "Buy Silver", "Hold", or "Rebalance" suggestions displayed in the App are general educational observations based on the historical Gold-Silver Ratio and are not personalised financial advice.
• The App is not a substitute for professional financial, investment, or tax advice.

2. No Investment Advice

• Nothing in this App should be construed as investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any precious metals or financial instruments.
• This App does not hold any licence, certification, or registration (including SEBI registration) to provide investment advisory services.
• You should always consult a qualified and SEBI-registered financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
• Past performance of the Gold-Silver Ratio is not indicative of future results.

3. Accuracy of Data

• Metal prices are fetched from third-party APIs (Gold-API, ExchangeRate-API) and are indicative only.
• Prices may differ from actual local jewellery market rates, commodity exchange rates (MCX), or bank rates.
• Data refreshes approximately every 8 minutes and may experience delays.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price data displayed.
• Currency conversion rates are approximate and sourced from open exchange rate APIs.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make.
• You acknowledge that using this App does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship of any kind.
• You agree to verify all data independently before relying on it for any purpose.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

5. Portfolio Data

• Portfolio data you enter (holdings, purchase prices) is stored locally on your device.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• The App's analysis is only as accurate as the data you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code within the App are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers, and this App is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party advertisements.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• This App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this App.
• This App is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of decisions made using information from this App.
• You use the App at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless this App and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
